Route a workplace question to the right person

Distinguish product support, routine operational questions and urgent workplace concerns.

Choose the channel before writing

A login problem belongs with product support. A change to an assignment belongs with the responsible scheduling contact. A clinical concern, incident or immediate safety issue must follow the workplace’s established escalation route. A general account ticket should not become the only place an urgent matter is recorded.

Make the request clear

For a routine operational question, describe the task, the issue and the response you need. Avoid unnecessary personal or patient details. Identify whether you are waiting for clarification before proceeding, and confirm who owns the next step. If you have not received an answer, follow the agreed escalation process rather than assuming silence means approval.

Understand NurseFlex support

The Canada support area stores account and product conversations and lets you track replies and closure. It does not promise 24/7 monitoring, clinical advice or emergency staffing cover. Keep passwords, identity numbers, medical information and patient details out of support requests. Describe the screen or action that failed and any non-sensitive error message.
