A Canadian chapter in care

Organizations / Internal staff call-outs

Your own people.
Your first conversation.

Invite your team members in a chosen order, give each person a response window and track their replies in your Canada workspace. These are planning invitations; live staffing is not activated.

See the steps.

01

Start with your team

Choose the role and shift you need to cover before considering external help.

02

Respect local arrangements

Managers choose and confirm the invitation order and record its policy basis. The system does not determine seniority or enforce collective agreements.

03

Keep a clear response trail

Workers respond interested or pass in their Canada inbox-linked workspace. Managers can advance after a pass or deadline, or enable automatic progression on the 15-minute schedule. Responses and actions are recorded.

Designed with local care in mind.

Good to know

Ordered invitations and response records are available in the private planning workspace. One queue can be created per shift, for up to 50 active, email-verified members. Automatic progression is optional and processes up to 20 due queues per scheduled run; larger queues or service delays take longer. It stops when someone expresses interest and pauses while an offer is pending or the authorizing manager no longer has access. Interest requires a separate offer and worker acceptance, including applicable prerequisite checks. No SMS, email, automatic seniority ordering, external workforce escalation, live booking or payroll is activated.
