Using the current service.
Operator and scope
The site is operated by NurseFlex Ltd, company no. 17153168, England and Wales. Canadian staffing is in preparation. An enquiry, account or learning record is not an employment agreement, booking, professional registration or guarantee of work.
Learning
The published Canada orientation courses are free to access. Create or use an account to save progress and complete assessments. Course records describe introductory learning only; they do not claim CPD accreditation, clinical competence, practical certification or acceptance by an employer or regulator.
Accounts and information
Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account details. Do not upload patient information or sensitive employment documents. The Canada privacy notice explains processing and how to request access, correction or deletion.
Planning tools and demonstrations
The calculator uses inputs you provide. It is not a quote or a savings guarantee. The staffing demo uses fictional data, sends no invitations and creates no live booking or payment. Do not enter real patient, staff or confidential workplace information.
Course materials and updates
Use NurseFlex course materials for your own learning and share links to the public pages. Do not misrepresent completion or accreditation. We may correct or update material; the course version and completion date identify the activity recorded.

Private team planning
Team tools support learning and launch preparation. A planned shift, assignment, approved timesheet or cost export is not a confirmed employment engagement, payroll run, payment or invoice. Team owners are responsible for invitations, access and lawful use. Introductory learning does not verify professional registration or clinical competency. Do not enter patient information. Canadian staffing services require separate launch arrangements and agreements.
