2. Choose your province and role

   Open a readiness case. Choose Personal support / care role for an HCA or PSW application; the review team will check the requirements for your actual role.

3. Add your application and training evidence

   Enter your qualifications, relevant experience and reference-check preparation in your case. Upload training records separately, then select the attachments to share in your application. Do not upload identity, immigration, criminal-record or patient information here.

4. Follow the compliance review

   Francine and the Canada onboarding and compliance team review evidence. Track current checks, follow-up requests and the final human decision in your case. Completing a checklist does not activate staffing.

5. Join your employer team

   Accept an invitation in your workspace, complete your team profile and set your availability. If you have no invitation, contact support. Planning offers are not live employment bookings.
