Workplace preparation

Give specific, useful feedback after an assignment

Describe observable work and process issues instead of relying on a bare rating.

Describe what happened

Use a specific example related to the agreed task or preparation process. Distinguish a missing orientation briefing from a concern about performance. Explain the context and what improvement would help. Avoid unsupported statements about a person’s health, background or motives, and keep patient information in the approved clinical record.

Provide a route to respond

Before using feedback in a consequential decision, follow the employer’s approved process for reviewing evidence and hearing the person’s response. A numeric rating can simplify a screen but cannot capture every circumstance. Serious incidents need their own reporting process; a comment box is not a substitute.

Use the planning feature honestly

In the Canada workspace, managers can leave a rating and comment on completed planned shifts, visible to the relevant member. This does not create a verified public reputation score or a clinical competence assessment. Use the feature to improve preparation and communication, and escalate matters that require formal review through the responsible organization.
