Frequently asked questions

Answers for workers, providers, and agencies.

The most common questions about NurseFlex operations, compliance, and onboarding.

Healthcare professionals in navy NurseFlex tunics and scrubs with embroidered logos.

How quickly can a worker get started?

Once identity, right-to-work, DBS, and required registrations are verified, a worker can move into the active shift marketplace quickly.

Do providers have to replace their agency model completely?

No. NurseFlex is designed to strengthen internal staff bank usage first and improve external supply control where agencies are still required.

Is training included?

Academy training is a separate paid service. Suitable existing external certificates can be submitted for review. Eligible NurseFlex staffing candidates can be reimbursed after completing 20 verified NurseFlex shifts. Certificates are stored on the learner profile after successful completion.

Where do enquiries go if the API is unavailable?

If submission fails, you can open an email draft or contact [email protected] directly. The enquiry is only sent when submission succeeds or you send the email yourself.
