Our Commitment

NurseFlex Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Measures Taken

• Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
• Visible focus styles and rendered text-contrast checks on the reviewed public pages
• Keyboard support for the public navigation and FAQ controls
• Alt text for meaningful images and icons
• Responsive design for various screen sizes and zoom levels
• Clear and consistent navigation patterns
• Associated labels for public enquiry fields, announced form status messages and keyboard-operable cookie preferences
• Focus indicators on interactive elements

Known Limitations

While we strive for full compliance, some areas may have limitations. We are actively working to address these, including: enhanced screen reader support for dynamic dashboard content, improved keyboard navigation in complex table views, and additional ARIA labels for interactive chart components.

Assistive Technologies

These improvements do not constitute a full WCAG conformance assessment. Public-page reflow has been checked at a 320-pixel viewport. Wide tables use a keyboard-focusable scroll region. An attempted VoiceOver test on 24 October 2026 could not produce usable screen-reader output on the test computer, so it is not recorded as a pass. Actual VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS testing, third-party checkout/signing journeys and authenticated dashboard accessibility remain to be verified. Tell us about a barrier and we can discuss an alternative way to access the service.
