Nurseflex Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using our platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the platform to engage in fraud, distribute spam, or circumvent any compliance controls.
Shift bookings made through the platform constitute a contract between the care organisation and the professional. Nurseflex acts as a platform intermediary and is not a party to the employment contract.
Organisations are invoiced weekly or monthly as agreed. Payment terms are 14 days net. Late payment may result in platform access being suspended.
All platform content, software and branding is the property of Nurseflex Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurseflex's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
