Nurseflex Ltd ("Nurseflex", "we", "us") operates the workforce management platform at nurseflex.co.uk. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller and data processor. Our registered address is 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB.
We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, professional registration details), information generated through platform use (shift bookings, timesheet data, GPS clock-in data), and device and usage data for platform improvement and security.
We use your data to provide, operate and improve the Nurseflex platform; to verify professional credentials and compliance; to process payments and payroll; to send relevant platform notifications; and where required by law.
We process data on the basis of contractual necessity (to provide the service), legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), legal obligation (compliance verification), and consent where required.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the organisations you work with through the platform (your employer, booking organisations), and with verified third-party service providers under strict data processing agreements.

We retain personal data for the duration of your use of the platform, and for the period required by law thereafter (typically 6 years for financial records). On account closure, personal data is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
