Before accepting work

Check which engagement model applies to you and who will employ or engage you and pay you. Your individual documents should identify the legal parties, pay arrangements, holiday entitlement, notice provisions and any agreed deductions. Website terms are separate from your personalised engagement terms.

Key Information Document

If you are joining an employment business as an agency worker, a Key Information Document explains the proposed pay arrangements, deductions, benefits and an illustrative take-home calculation. It should be supplied before you agree engagement terms. Ask for the correct document for your PAYE or umbrella arrangement.

For each assignment

Check the hirer, site, role, date, start and finish times, breaks, pay, expenses, required experience and qualifications, relevant hazards and induction arrangements. Applying for a shift is not the same as receiving confirmation.

Your copies and questions

Use My Contracts to check agreements and documents issued to your account. If a required document is absent, outdated or unclear, contact NurseFlex before accepting the relevant terms or assignment. Do not upload identity, bank or health documents to a public enquiry form.
