Agreement and schedules

Your organisation’s issued agreement should identify the contracting entities, service model, approved sites, authorised bookers, responsibilities and notice provisions. Confirm the applicable pricing schedule and any data-sharing terms before using staffing services.

Rates and bookings

Check worker pay and provider charge rates separately, including agreed holiday treatment, VAT treatment where applicable, expenses, breaks, cancellation terms and invoice/payment arrangements. Confirm the site, required skills and induction information for each assignment.

Supervision and safety

Provide accurate role requirements and site risks, name the person responsible for induction and supervision, and confirm how safeguarding incidents, concerns and replacement cover will be escalated.

Documents in your account

Use Client Contracts for documents issued to your organisation. Signed copies are private and should be available only to authorised account users. If a document or pricing schedule is missing, contact NurseFlex before proceeding.
