Workforce evidence

Compare staffing costs without promising fictional savings

Use consistent assumptions and distinguish a planning estimate from actual invoices.

Build a like-for-like comparison

Choose the same role, number of hours and period for both options. Record the hourly rate, any separately quoted charges and the assumptions behind unfilled or cancelled time. If tax, overtime, premiums or employer costs are relevant, get the applicable treatment from the responsible finance or payroll team.

Test the assumptions

Change one input at a time and see which assumption drives the result. A lower headline rate may not produce a lower final cost when the scope or hours differ. Keep the source and date of each quotation with your working record. Do not present a hypothetical calculator result as a customer saving achieved by NurseFlex.

Reconcile with actual evidence

After an approved service is delivered, compare authorized timesheets and the relevant billing records using the organization’s normal process. NurseFlex Canada currently provides recorded planning costs and CSV exports. It does not issue Canadian payroll payments or establish the tax treatment of a staffing arrangement.
