Training priced by tier
Price tiers and learning categories describe different things. The individual-course catalogue lists 98 course products across the tiers below. The Academy also includes the Care Certificate and 11 Pathway to Care entries delivered through programmes, making 110 learning entries overall. The order summary shows the supplier, applicable tax and total payable before payment. Staffing and training may have different VAT treatment; your agreed quote or order sets out what applies.
NurseFlex Academy purchases are separate from staffing. The contracting supplier is identified in your order and invoice. Individuals and organisations can review course, bundle and seat options in the Academy.

The work platform is, yes. Browsing and applying for shifts, submitting timesheets, tracking earnings and storing your compliance documents cost you nothing — organisations pay us, not you.
Training is separate and is not free. NurseFlex Academy courses are bought individually, in packs, or on an annual all-access plan, and the rates are set out above. Existing suitable external training can be submitted for review. Buying NurseFlex training does not guarantee employment or a shift.
Your accepted provider agreement or service order sets out its duration, cancellation notice and any charges. Request these terms before accepting a quote; registering does not activate a paid subscription.
Academy checkout displays the payment methods available for that purchase. Provider invoices use the payment arrangements in the accepted agreement; staffing payroll is a separate process.
You can request a walkthrough. Any pilot, evaluation period, charges and enabled features must be agreed in writing; there is no automatic 14-day trial.
