Modern Slavery Statement

Financial Year ending 31 December 2025

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Nurseflex Limited's Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

Nurseflex Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains.

2. Organisation Structure

Nurseflex Limited is a technology company providing workforce management software to health and social care organisations across the United Kingdom. We operate a platform connecting care providers, staffing agencies and healthcare professionals.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our principal supply chains consist of technology infrastructure providers, software development contractors, and professional services firms. All suppliers are required to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which includes provisions on labour standards, human rights, and anti-slavery commitments.

4. Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

We operate a number of internal policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner, including: our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy; our Whistleblowing Policy; our Supplier Code of Conduct; and our Safer Recruitment Policy.

5. Due Diligence

We undertake due diligence on new suppliers before entering into contracts with them, including review of their modern slavery statements, labour practices and compliance policies. We conduct annual risk assessments of our supply chains.

6. Training

All employees receive training on modern slavery awareness as part of their induction, and relevant staff receive more detailed training appropriate to their role. Senior management receive annual briefings on modern slavery risk.

7. Reporting

Any concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking can be reported via our confidential whistleblowing line or directly to our Compliance team at compliance@nurseflex.co.uk.
