Check the course description, price, assessment requirements, certificate conditions, access period and the terms supplied with your order. Keep a copy of the order and terms. This guide does not introduce a new cancellation fee or alter an existing purchase.
Training and work-finding
Agencies may charge for additional services such as training. Buying an agency’s additional service cannot generally be made a condition of it finding work for you. Requirements to demonstrate competence are separate from a requirement to buy a particular course.
Cancelling an additional service
GOV.UK explains notice requirements for additional agency services, including training. Consumer cancellation rules may also apply depending on how the service or digital content was purchased and started. Ask NurseFlex for the terms and cancellation instructions applicable to your order; statutory rights are unaffected.
